Precious metal bullion prices are highly volatile and fluctuate continuously based on global market conditions, supply, demand, and precious metals spot pricing.
Prices displayed on our website may change without notice. Due to the speed of bullion market movements and possible pricing feed delays, inventory changes, or technical interruptions, prices and availability may not remain accurate at all times.
NHB Bullion reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product listings, inventory inaccuracies, checkout errors, API pricing interruptions, or technical mistakes at any time, including after an order has been placed.
SECTION 3 - BINDING NATURE OF ORDERS
By placing an order with NHB Bullion, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the products contained within the order.
Because bullion products are tied to live global market pricing, orders may not be cancelled once submitted except where expressly permitted under our Refund Policy.
Failure to complete payment for an order may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, market loss charges where applicable, or additional review measures.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Interac e-Transfer, bill payment, domestic bank wire transfer, and marketplace-managed payment methods where applicable.
NHB Bullion does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency payments, or third-party payments.
All payments must originate from an account in the same name as the customer placing the order. We reserve the right to request additional verification where payment information, customer information, billing information, or shipping information appears inconsistent or elevated risk concerns are identified.
Orders may be delayed, held, cancelled, refunded, or refused pending verification review.
SECTION 5 - AML, FINTRAC, AND FRAUD PREVENTION
NHB Bullion maintains internal anti-money laundering (“AML”), fraud prevention, and compliance procedures consistent with applicable Canadian regulatory obligations.
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, selfie verification, payment verification, source-of-funds clarification, or additional supporting documentation where required for fraud prevention, payment verification, AML review, sanctions screening, politically exposed person review, suspicious transaction assessment, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Enhanced review measures may apply to high-value transactions, cumulative transactions, first-time customer orders, unusual purchasing behaviour, name inconsistencies, address inconsistencies, suspected third-party payment activity, or elevated-risk transactions.
Transactions may be delayed, cancelled, refunded, declined, or refused if requested information is not provided or if concerns cannot be resolved satisfactorily.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, hold shipments, or cooperate with applicable authorities where required by law or where suspicious activity is identified.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Inventory availability may change rapidly due to market conditions, supplier availability, fulfillment conditions, or operational limitations.
Products may be fulfilled directly by NHB Bullion or through authorized fulfillment partners, suppliers, or logistics providers.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel orders, or refuse transactions at our sole discretion.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Packaging, serial numbers, years, mint packaging, and product appearance may vary unless specifically guaranteed within the listing.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSURANCE
Orders are generally processed within up to 5 business days after cleared payment and completed verification, where applicable.
During periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing times may extend up to 15 business days.
Orders are shipped using tracked and insured shipping services. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and for monitoring shipment tracking updates.
If a customer requests shipment redirection, signature release, delivery to a third party, delivery to a mailroom/front desk/building representative, or otherwise alters the standard delivery process, liability and insurance coverage may be limited or void once the shipment leaves the courier’s standard secured delivery process.
Customers must promptly report shipment issues, damaged packages, missing items, or delivery concerns to support@nhbbullion.ca.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS, MARKET LOSS, AND BUYBACK POLICY
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
Bullion transactions are market-sensitive transactions. Orders placed with NHB Bullion may not be cancelled once confirmed. In the event a cancellation, payment failure, refusal to complete payment, chargeback, refused delivery, or order modification request is accepted by NHB Bullion, any resulting market loss, administrative costs, payment processing fees, shipping costs, or other losses incurred by NHB Bullion may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund where permitted.
Customers will not benefit from favourable market price movements occurring after order placement in situations involving cancellations, failed payments, refused deliveries, or transaction reversals. NHB Bullion may offer bullion buyback services at its discretion based on current market conditions. Customers requesting buyback services must contact us directly.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with buyback transactions. Products submitted for buyback are subject to inspection and verification prior to payment issuance.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, or services over which we have no control.
We provide access to such services “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of third-party tools, applications, payment processors, couriers, or external websites.
