Returns We do not accept returns unless an incorrect product has been sent. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, immediately take a picture of the item and email it to support@nhbbullion.ca along with your order number. We typically respond within 30 minutes.
Procedure for Incorrect Product
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Just include your order number in your email.
Upon confirmation of an error on our part, we will issue you a shipping label. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was sent, we will send the correct product to you without additional charges.

Every order is fully insured, providing peace of mind that your purchases are protected against unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event of receiving a damaged package, it is crucial to take a picture of the original packaging and the damaged item, then email these images to support@nhbbullion.ca within 24 hours of delivery. Prompt action is essential, as failing to provide this documentation can complicate the insurance claim process.
